Below is an image of the organizational chart for 2023. It is important to note that since we are a growing business, several roles will be filled by one individual. Overtime these positions will be filled either through outside hires or promoting from within.
Job Overviews
Owner
This position covers sales, financials, company vision, marketing, and other important day to day and decisions for the company.
Production Manager
This position oversees the technicians and ensures that the route is being executed and quality of service is being met.
Office Administrator
The office administrator role is responsible for scheduling as well as making/approving adjustments to our daily schedule. In addition, they will oversee the management of client accounts within Service Autopilot and perform other tasks such as running payroll and overseeing accounts receivables.
Customer Service
The customer service role is responsible for answering the phones as well as responsding to non-turf related emails. This position works closely with the Office Administrator in getting answers for clients in regards to scheduling etc.
Turf Care Technician
This position has their own route and van/equipment. They are responsible for completing the route each day to ST standards as well as whatever else is asked of them.
Turf Care Technician Helper
This is an individual who is training to be a "Turf Care Technician" and will aid a technician in completing their route. Once they have met all requirements in regards to licensing and experience, they may be eligible to be promoted.
