Setting Weekly Schedule from Waiting List

Setting Weekly Schedule from Waiting List

We schedule for M-F on a 4 day work week schedule to account for weather delays.  If the crews work less than 4 days M-F, working on Saturday is mandatory. We have 3 crews, TC1, TC2, TC3.

To set the weekly schedule, first go to the waiting list and follow these steps

1. Reference our "macro" schedule to select the correct amount of properties from the waiting list. You will need to filter by map code.
2. Send them from the waiting list to the dispatch board.
3. Organize them into individual days. You will likely need to go back and forth between the waiting list and the dispatch board, adding and removing jobs until you get the route how you want it.
4. Optimize the route to set them into the correct order.
5. The jobs are now ready and waiting, don't forget to cancel dispatch and notify the clients!
