Pre-Service Notifications
The 3 types of notifications people will receive when we schedule/perform a service:
It is crucial that the pre-service email notifications are sent out on time, every time! It is something that can really elevate our service and set us apart from the competition.
We cannot make exceptions to how anyone is notified! This is how we let people know, they need to adapt. A request for a special text from us etc will only result in a broken promise and pissed off client!
