2023 New Client Onboarding

2023 New Client Onboarding

2023 New Client Onboarding Process

ST BLITZ
The old way of onboarding is a "bottleneck" that has limited our client onboarding each spring to around 250 clients.  The "bottleneck" is caused by a slow response to the first client visit after they signup.  By setting aggressive scheduling goals for first visit we can eliminate this bottleneck and crush the competition!

Objective: to onboard new clients AS FAST AS POSSIBLE once they have signed up
What is it: to onboard new clients within 3 business days, the SAME DAY if possible!! **primary service area only**

Benefits of ST BLITZ  include:
-Could increase Spring onboarding by 50 percent to 360 total clients
-Workload no longer a factor ("We can't sell those new people, we have clients to do from 2 weeks ago that we haven't gotten to!")
-Increase sales closing percentage by 10 to 20 percent, this is a guess but likely if we highlight it as a benefit of our service "I know you are still waiting for a quote from the other companies, but we can actually be there for service tomorrow"
-Starts client/provider relationship off with a bang.  We look like all-stars!
-Improves results of new signups, getting pre-emergent down faster
-Capture new client spring referrals (they sign up Saturday, we service Monday they are likely to give a nice referral. Contrarily, they sign up and have to wait 2 weeks for service, no referrals!)

Personal phone call for each new onboarded client to help set expectations, introduce ourselves, and set us out from the competition!
