The scheduling can be broken down into the "Macro" schedule and the "Micro" schedule.
Macro schedule- This is the big picture, zoomed out version of the schedule. Instead of individual properties, we are simply mapping out what areas we will be in ahead of time. Ideally, we will have this planned out several weeks in advance, or even the entire round for that matter. By planning this way, it allows us to easily accommodate service calls, schedule requests, new client onboarding, and it gives us the ability to accurately communicate to clients when they can expect us.
Micro schedule- This refers to the day-to-day shuffling around of clients due to many different reasons. This will be a large part of the day-to-day for the administrator/scheduler position.
