It is worth exploring the different channels and integrating social media and texting....it appears to be possible. 

Check out "Quarterback Methodology" at 16:15.  This is where the Office Administrator basically assigns emails as they come in to different people.  Since 90 percent of the emails will come in through Service@SimplyTurf.com this will help to balance the emails workload.  The emails can be divided up as follows (for now):

High-end or lengthy turf care questions, client escalations (pissed off client)

Administrative (update credit card), scheduling related questions, low-end or simple turf care questions

Complicated billing or collection questions or assistance
